"NAMASTE" used commonly by all indians and across the world in yoga classes, what does this beautiful sanskrit word mean. It means
"the divinity in me bows to the divinity in you"
or simply is
"i bow down to the divine in you"
Beautiful is n't it?
Yoga comes from a sanskrit word "yuj" which means joining.Joining of your own soul with the universal. When that is done it is a state of bliss "Samadhi".To me yoga is not about becoming a pretzel, getting into fancy poses. It is about finding your inner strength "shakti", your BEAUTY. Yoga teaches you "Shobha" grace and with that grace you love and live!
