"Shobha" The beauty of yoga

Yoga comes from a sanskrit word "yuj" which means joining.Joining of your own soul with the universal. When that is done it is a state of bliss "Samadhi".To me yoga is not about becoming a pretzel, getting into fancy poses. It is about finding your inner strength "shakti", your BEAUTY. Yoga teaches you "Shobha" grace and with that grace you love and live!

Yoga is my passion!

My photo
Prachi
Sydney, NSW, Australia
I’am a qualified Hatha yoga teacher Level I teacher (300 hrs) recognized by Yoga Alliance. My yoga training has lineage back to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (Art of living Foundation) in India, Katie Manitsas, Idit Tamir & Sarah Trestrail in Sydney’s Samadhi Yoga and Donna Farhi from New Zealand. My passion & love for yoga shows through in my classes. I consider it a privilege to share what I have learned over the years and teach a flowing vinyasa & restorative style of yoga with emphasis on flexibility & rejuvenation. Beautiful & inspiring quotes & stories are discussed while practising pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, asanas (physical postures) & final relaxation. My classes are dynamic, light hearted & fun suitable for all ages.I endeavor to the assist the students through out their yoga journey, whether they experience yoga as a physical workout, a way to relax, a method of recovery from a condition/injury or a spiritual journey. Having experienced the many benefits of yoga in my own life, I am thrilled to help others live this beautiful lifestyle.
